Site Manager - New Build Industrial/Warehousing - Greater Brisbane

We are looking for an experienced Site Manager to lead delivery of a recent build industrial and warehousing project in greater Brisbane, valued between $10M and $20M.

This is a great opportunity to take full ownership of a quality build from the ground up, working alongside a capable and experienced team committed to delivering on programme, on budget and to a high standard. You will play a hands on role in shaping how the project runs day to day, with genuine autonomy and support from an experienced project team around you.

Key responsibilities:

- Oversee day to day construction delivery and site operations, ensuring works progress safely and efficiently
- Coordinate subcontractors, trades and deliveries, keeping the programme on track
- Manage site safety compliance, inductions and quality control across all trades
- Liaise with the project team,



consultants and client representatives on site matters
- Report on programme, quality and progress through to project completion
