Endodontics Only is looking for a reliable and capable Dental Receptionist to join our team at our Queen Street specialist practice on a part-time basis, working 4-days a week.

We are a specialist endodontic practice with over 20 years of experience, supporting 6 endodontists across three locations in SEQ. Our Brisbane practice is a rapid-paced, well-supported environment where teamwork and consistency matter.

About the Role

This is a busy reception role supporting our practitioners, patients and wider team throughout the day. You will be responsible for:

- Welcoming patients and providing a professional, friendly first point of contact
- Managing appointments, phone calls and patient enquiries
- Supporting practitioners with the smooth flow of their day
- Processing payments and assisting with patient accounts
- Maintaining accurate patient records and following established practice processes
- Communicating with patients, referring practices and other healthcare providers as required
- Working closely with the clinical team to keep the practice running efficiently
- Supporting the wider administration team where needed

About You

We're looking for someone who is confident in a busy reception environment and can step in and contribute from day one:
- Minimum 1–2 years reception or administration experience, dental or healthcare experience highly regarded




- Strong communication and customer service skills
- Good attention to detail and organisational skills
- Ability to manage competing priorities without losing focus
- Reliable, adaptable and able to take direction
- Comfortable learning and using practice management systems
- Good team awareness and willingness to support those around you
- Someone who communicates early, asks questions and takes ownership rather than waiting to be told what to do
