Digital Marketing & Growth Specialist

Core Responsibilities

- Plan, create, and schedule social media content across Instagram, Facebook, and LinkedIn.

- Edit short-form vertical videos using CapCut or similar tools.

- Create engaging graphics for social media, email, and web assets using Canva.

- Write compelling copy for social media, blogs, landing pages, and email campaigns.

- Conduct keyword research and implement on-page SEO, including keyword mapping, meta titles and descriptions, headings, internal linking, and image alt text.

- Monitor SEO performance using Google Search Console and GA4, identify opportunities, and implement continuous improvements.

- Plan, manage, and optimise Google Ads campaigns, including Search and Performance Max campaigns, budget management, keyword optimisation, ad copy testing, and conversion tracking.

- Monitor and report on website, SEO, and paid advertising performance using GA4 and other marketing tools, providing actionable insights and recommendations.

- Manage the Google Business Profile and online reputation.

- Build and manage email campaigns and automation sequences once the CRM is implemented.

- Prepare weekly and monthly marketing performance reports covering SEO, paid advertising, website traffic, lead generation, and social media performance.

- Collaborate with the web development team to implement SEO and digital marketing improvements.

- Leverage AI tools and AI agents to improve productivity while ensuring all content and campaigns meet quality, accuracy, and brand standards.

Requirements

Required Skills &

Experience

- 3 years of hands-on experience in digital marketing.

- Excellent written and spoken English.

- Robust experience with Meta Business Suite and Meta Ads Manager.

- Intermediate Google Ads skills, including:





- Campaign setup and optimisation

- Bidding strategies

- Keyword management

- Conversion tracking

- Performance analysis

- Intermediate SEO skills, including:

- Keyword research

- On-page optimisation

- Google Search Console

- SEO performance monitoring

- Proficiency in Google Analytics 4 (GA4) for analysing website and campaign performance and identifying optimisation opportunities.

- Strong copywriting skills across social media, blogs, landing pages, and email marketing.

- Strong Canva skills and experience with short-form video editing using CapCut or similar tools.

- Experience managing Google Business Profile.

- Confident using AI tools such as ChatGPT, Claude, or Gemini, as well as AI agents, in daily marketing workflows.

- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to translate data into actionable recommendations.

- Ability to work independently from a content calendar and marketing playbook with minimal supervision.

- Excellent organisational and time-management skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.

Advantageous

- Previous experience working with Australian clients.

- Experience in healthcare, aged care, NDIS, or disability sectors.

- Experience with Zoho, HubSpot, or other CRM platforms.

- Experience with email marketing automation and customer journey development.

- Experience using Looker Studio to create marketing dashboards.

- Experience managing lead generation campaigns.

- Basic understanding of technical SEO and the ability to collaborate effectively with web developers on SEO implementation.
