Entry-Level Technical Opportunity | Field Service Technician | Travel Included

Your New CompanyOur client is a leading provider of healthcare technology solutions, supporting critical medical equipment used by hospitals, emergency services, and healthcare professionals across Australia. They are seeking motivated and reliable Field Support Technicians to assist with a short-term project delivering software updates and system checks on biomedical devices across metropolitan and regional locations throughout South Australia and New South Wales.
Your New RoleAs a Field Support Technician, you will travel to customer sites to perform software updates, follow detailed service procedures, conduct basic system checks, and provide accurate documentation on completed work. This is a highly autonomous role requiring extensive travel and a professional approach when interacting with customers.You will receive full training before commencing and gain valuable hands-on exposure to the biomedical technology sector while supporting an essential healthcare initiative.
What You'll Need to Succeed

- Valid unrestricted Australian or international driving licence
- Access to a vehicle preferred (travel and vehicle expenses reimbursed)
- Willingness and ability to travel extensively throughout NSW and SA




- Strong attention to detail and ability to follow structured procedures
- Valuable written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to work independently and manage your own schedule
- Availability to commit for the duration of the project (approximately 6-12 weeks)
- Background or interest in IT, electronics, biomedical, mechanical, electrical engineering, or related technical disciplines is highly regarded
- No previous biomedical experience required as full training will be provided
