C&H; Recruitment is a leading Australian labour hire and recruitment provider, delivering workforce solutions across Mining, Construction, Civil, Transport, Manufacturing, Warehousing, and Industrial sectors.

Due to continued growth, we are seeking an experienced and motivated Business Development Manager to identify new opportunities, build strong client relationships, and drive revenue growth across our recruitment and labour hire operations.

This role will be based out of Rockhampton and will email frequent travel through North and Central QLD regions

Key Responsibilities

- Identify, pursue and secure new labour hire and recruitment opportunities
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers across various industries
- Conduct client visits, presentations, and workforce planning discussions
- Collaborate with recruitment teams to ensure successful fulfilment of client requirements




- Maintain an active pipeline of opportunities and manage the sales process from lead generation through to conversion

Experience & qualifications:

- Previous experience in recruitment, labour hire, or workforce solutions
- Sound knowledge of Australian employment and labour hire environments
- A proven track record of generating new business and achieving sales targets
- Robust relationship-building and negotiation skills
- Excellent communication and presentation abilities
- The ability to work autonomously while contributing to a high-performing team
- Current driver's license (regular travel will be required throughout Central and Northern QLD)
