Working within a modern workshop environment, you will be responsible for setting up and operating conventional and CNC machinery to manufacture, modify, and repair components for industrial, mining, construction, or engineering applications.
Key Responsibilities
- Set up and operate CNC and conventional machining equipment
- Read and interpret engineering drawings and technical specifications
- Manufacture components to exact tolerances and quality standards
Skills & Experience
- Trade qualification as a Machinist, Fitter Machinist, Toolmaker,
or equivalent
- Experience operating CNC lathes or milling machines
- CNC programming experience (desirable)
