Your new role
As a Technical Business Analyst, you will act as the critical link between business stakeholders and technical delivery teams, supporting the evolution of a complex MarTech ecosystem. You'll work across platform enhancements, integrations, customer communications and digital initiatives, translating business needs into clear technical requirements and helping drive high-quality delivery outcomes.
Key responsibilities include:

- Facilitating discovery workshops and gathering business and technical requirements
- Analysing business processes and identifying opportunities for platform improvement
- Creating detailed user stories, acceptance criteria and technical documentation
- Collaborating with Product, Engineering and Delivery teams on solution design
- Managing and refining backlogs to support Agile delivery
- Supporting testing,



implementation and continuous platform enhancements
- Investigating legacy systems, undocumented processes and integration dependencies

What you'll need to succeed
- 5+ years' experience as a Business Analyst or Technical Business Analyst within a digital or technology environment
- Strong experience working across business and technical stakeholder groups
- Proven skills in requirements gathering, process mapping and technical documentation
- Experience working with customer, marketing, CRM or digital platforms
- Exposure to integrations, data flows, APIs or middleware environments
- Strong Agile delivery experience and stakeholder management skills
- Ability to thrive in ambiguous environments and solve complex business problems
