Key Responsibilities:
- Manage medication packing program (Webster Pak) including packing for 60 clients.
- Assist pharmacists in dispensing medications and managing inventory.
- Provide excellent customer service and support to patients.
- Maintain accurate records and ensure compliance with pharmacy regulations.
- Educate customers on over-the-counter products and health services.
- Help with stock management and organisation of the pharmacy.
- Collaborate with team members to enhance workflow and customer experience.
Qualifications:
- Previous experience as a Pharmacy Assistant is essential.
- Strong understanding of pharmacy operations and regulations.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Detail-oriented with strong organisational skills.
- Proficient in pharmacy software and basic computer applications, FRED experience preferred.
