Distribution Manager – NSW

Our client is a leading, ASX-listed real estate funds manager with a well-regarded platform of unlisted property funds and a strong, growing presence across the adviser market. As they continue to scale their footprint in NSW, they're looking to appoint an experienced Distribution Manager to deepen adviser relationships and drive inflows into the fund range.

The role

Working within the national distribution team, you'll own the NSW adviser relationships end to end — nurturing existing supporters, winning new adviser and dealer-group backing, and positioning the firm's property fund range as a core allocation for clients. It's a genuine relationship-led sales seat, with the backing of a recognised brand and a product set that's resonating strongly in the current market.

What you'll do

- Manage and grow relationships with financial advisers and dealer groups across NSW
- Drive capital inflows into the unlisted property fund range




- Build and execute a territory plan against transparent growth targets
- Represent the firm at adviser events, PD days and industry forums
- Partner with the national distribution and marketing teams on campaigns and product positioning
- Maintain an accurate pipeline and activity record in the CRM

What you'll bring

- 5+ years' distribution / BDM experience in funds or wealth management, ideally selling into the adviser channel
- An established network of adviser and dealer-group relationships across NSW
- RG146 compliant
- Strong commercial acumen, self-motivation and the credibility to represent a market-leading brand
