About the Role
As a Childcare Educator, you will:
- Build warm, respectful relationships with children and families
- Provide high-quality education and care in line with the Early Years Learning Framework
- Support children's learning, development and wellbeing
- Create engaging, play-based learning experiences
- Work collaboratively as part of a passionate and supportive team
- Maintain a safe, clean and welcoming environment
- Contribute to observations, documentation and the educational program
- Follow all policies, procedures and regulatory requirements
About You We are looking for someone who is:
- Certificate III or Diploma qualified in Early Childhood Education and Care
- First Aid and CPR Certificate
- Child Protection Certificarte
- Passionate about working with young children
- Warm, caring and approachable
- Reliable,
skilled and committed
- A positive team player
- Confident in building relationships with children, families and colleagues
- Committed to providing high-quality education and care
