Evolve Early Learning & Kindergarten – Grovedale, Victoria Evolve Early Learning & Kindergarten is looking for a passionate and dedicated Early Childhood Teacher (ECT) to join our growing team in Grovedale.

About the Role

As an Early Childhood Teacher at Evolve, you will:

- Deliver high-quality, play-based and intentional teaching experiences that support children's learning, development and individual interests.
- Develop and implement an engaging curriculum aligned with the EYLF V2.0 and National Quality Standard (NQS).
- Create a safe, inclusive and stimulating learning environment where every child feels valued, capable and supported.
- Build strong, respectful and meaningful relationships with children, families and colleagues.
- Observe, assess and document children's learning and use this information to inform curriculum planning.
- Support children's wellbeing, inclusion and individual learning needs.
- Work collaboratively with educators to ensure consistency and continuity of learning.




- Establish strong partnerships with families and actively encourage their involvement in their child's learning journey.
- Contribute to continuous improvement, reflective practice and the ongoing development of the centre's educational program.
- Provide professional guidance, mentorship and support to educators within the learning environment.

About You

We are looking for an ECT who:
- Holds a recognised Bachelor of Early Childhood Education or equivalent ACECQA-approved qualification.
- Is passionate about early childhood education and delivering high-quality outcomes for children.
- Has a strong understanding of the EYLF V2.0 and National Quality Standards
- Has excellent knowledge of child development, play-based learning and intentional teaching.
- Is confident in planning, implementing, documenting and evaluating an engaging curriculum.
- Builds positive and respectful relationships with children, families and educators.
- Is confident working collaboratively and contributing to a positive team culture.
- Is reflective, innovative and enthusiastic about continuous professional growth.
- Has excellent communication, organisation and leadership skills.

Essential Requirements

- Bachelor of Early Childhood Education or ACECQA-approved equivalent qualification.
- Current VIT registration or eligibility for registration.
- Current Working with Children Check.
- Current First Aid, CPR, Asthma and Anaphylaxis certification.
- A genuine passion for supporting children's learning, development and wellbeing.
