Electrical Supervisors – Shutdown
Electrical Supervisors | Day & Night Shift | Rio Tinto Shutdown TCB Recruitment is currently seeking experienced Electrical Supervisors for an upcoming shutdown with Rio Tinto.
These are short-term shutdown opportunities for experienced electrical supervisors who are immediately able to mobilise and meet all Rio Tinto site access, compliance and mobilisation requirements.
DAY SHIFT
- 31 August – 17 September 2026
- 17 x 13-hour shifts + 1 RDO
- 221 hours
- Shutdown site-based position
NIGHT SHIFT – 2 POSITIONS
Electrical Supervisor – Night Shift 1
- 1 September – 9 September 2026
- 8 x 13-hour night shifts
- 13 hours per shift
Electrical Supervisor – Night Shift 2
- 9 September – 17 September 2026
- 8 x 13-hour night shifts
- 13 hours per shift
About You:
We are looking for experienced Electrical Supervisors with:
- Proven experience supervising electrical works on shutdowns, mining or major industrial projects
- Strong electrical supervision and leadership experience
- Ability to manage electrical teams, contractors and site activities
- Strong commitment to safety and site compliance
- Ability to work extended shifts during shutdown periods
- Current and relevant tickets/licences required for the role
- Must be able to successfully mobilise to Rio Tinto and meet all site access and compliance requirements
- Availability for the specific shutdown dates is essential
IMPORTANT
Candidates must be available for the required dates and able to mobilise to Rio Tinto. Applicants who cannot meet Rio Tinto's mobilisation, site access or compliance requirements will not be considered.
