About the Role

We're seeking a skilled and motivated Licensed Electrician to join our growing team in Perth. This role is focused on high-quality residential installations, including solar PV systems, battery storage, and air conditioning systems.

You'll take the lead on-site, working alongside trade assistants and apprentices who support with labour and installation tasks—allowing you to focus on technical, skilled electrical work and system quality.

Key Responsibilities

- Installation and commissioning of:
- Solar PV systems (grid-connected)

- Battery energy storage systems (BESS)

- Split system and ducted air conditioning

- Electrical wiring, terminations, and testing

- Switchboard upgrades and compliance work

- System commissioning and fault finding

- Completing compliance documentation (e.g. ESC, NOC)

- Supervising and directing trade assistants and apprentices

- Ensuring all work meets WA regulations and AS/NZS standards

- Maintaining a clean, safe, and efficient worksite

What We're Looking For

- WA A-Grade Electrical Licence

- Experience in solar and/or battery installations (highly desirable)

- Experience with air conditioning installations (preferred)

- Strong understanding of AS/NZS 3000 and relevant standards





- Ability to lead a small team on-site

- High attention to detail and pride in workmanship

- Strong communication and problem-solving skills

- Valid driver's licence
