Quality Officer | 0.9 FTE – 67.5 hours per fortnight | Workplace: On Site | Permanent Part Time | $46.70 per hour + Super

South West Community Care is seeking Expressions of Interest from motivated and detail-oriented employees who are interested in the role of Quality Officer.

The Quality Officer reports to the Clinical Governance Manager and supports South West Community Care to maintain effective quality, compliance and continuous improvement systems. Working under general direction, the role coordinates audits, accreditation readiness, document control, compliance monitoring and corrective actions; assists with client incidents, complaints, feedback and service-data analysis; and provides practical guidance to employees and managers to ensure services comply with relevant legislation, funding obligations, organisational policies, quality standards and safeguarding requirements while promoting clients’ rights, dignity, choice, wellbeing and high-quality service delivery.
