Your New Company The Lorian Group have partnered with a well-established commercial builder delivering projects across childcare, retail, supermarkets, shopping centres, medical and industrial sectors throughout South East Queensland. With a strong pipeline of work ranging from $2M–$20M, they're looking for an experienced estimator who can take ownership of tenders and work with a high level of autonomy.
Your New Role In your new role, you will take ownership of the estimating function from tender receipt through to submission, managing multiple commercial tenders independently. This is a genuine lead role where you'll be trusted to run the process end-to-end, collaborating with directors for final strategy while having the freedom to make the role your own.

- Projects valued between $2M–$20M
What you'll need to succeed
- 5–8+ years' estimating experience within commercial construction
- Ability to manage tenders independently from start to finish
- Strong knowledge of Cubit (or equivalent estimating software
- Experience pricing commercial projects across multiple sectors
- Excellent subcontractor and supplier management skills
- A proactive, organised approach with confidence making commercial decisions
