About the Role The ERP Implementation Manager will support the end‑to‑end implementation of Microsoft D365, the business’s first ERP system. This role is critical in establishing core business systems, processes, and controls, and will act as the key link between the external implementation partner and internal teams to ensure a successful go‑live.

Working closely with the Financial Controller, external consultants and implementation partners, this role is responsible for driving the overall ERP implementation project and ensuring critical milestones are met on time and on budget.

This is a hybrid role offering flexibility to work from both home and the Clarity office in Eveleigh. Reporting directly to the Financial Controller, this role will be critical in coordinating activities with key stakeholders and teams, working with team members in different departments across both US and Australian time zones.

Key Responsibilities

- Develop an in-depth understanding of the ERP functional and process requirements for the Company
- Coordinate with vendors, consultants, and internal teams to ensure successful system setup




- Provide solution design decisions in consultation with senior stakeholders and SMEs, and with consideration to the overall integrated solution
- Manage implementation adoption, including building the knowledge to become a ‘Confident Super User’, providing training and support to end-users
- Support project activities such as test script development, User Acceptance Testing and system acceptance
- Data migration scoping, transformation and execution activities
- Progressively take on the ERP system administration tasks throughout the project including maintaining roles and permissions
- Oversee due diligence in relation to configuration change control, system maintenance, and performance optimisation of the ERP system post-implementation
- Ensure system integrity, security, and compliance with regulatory and internal standards
- Identify and implement enhancements to improve automation, usability, reporting, and integration with other systems.

Education and Experience

- Bachelor’s degree in accounting and/or information systems or a related field
- 5+ years of experience in ERP management, including at least one full-cycle ERP implementation
- Excellent project management capabilities
- Experience driving system adoption, including change management
- Experience with D365 desirable
- Understanding of internal control environments and their management
- Excellent communication skills, including comfort working with all levels of seniority and the ability to explain technical matters in lay terms
