About the Role

Location: Perth, Western Australia

Position: Event Manager

Type: Full-time

We’re on the lookout for a talented and driven event professional who’s ready to jump in, take the reins, and help us bring incredible events in Western Australia and Queensland to life!

You’ll play a key role in planning, executing, and delivering events that people talk about long after they’re over.

What You’ll Be Doing

- Event Planning & Execution: From concept to pack-down, you’ll manage all aspects of event delivery.
- Relationship Building: Be the go-to for stakeholders, suppliers, partners, and local legends we work with.
- Marketing & Promotion: Contribute to our email campaigns, social media content,



and overall event marketing.

Who We’re Looking For

We’re after someone who sees opportunity and runs with it – someone proactive, passionate, and hands-on. You thrive in fast-paced environments and love working with others to make big ideas happen.

You must have:

- Previous experience in event coordination or management
- A robust passion for hospitality and wine-focused events
- The ability to travel interstate on multiple occasions throughout the year
- Strong multitasking skills with the ability to manage multiple projects
- A love for variety, challenges, and high-energy environments
- Availability to work weekends and evenings when needed
- Excellent organisational skills and a collaborative mindset
- A client-first attitude and a natural flair for hospitality
- The ability to work independently and take initiative

Previous experience in hospitality and a passion for supporting the local food & beverage scene is a big plus!
