ABOUT THE CLIENT... We’re working with an established creative agency in Sydney who are gearing up for a major new business pitch within the Entertainment and Sporting sectors. They need an experienced Creative Director who can come in, understand the brief quickly and help shape a genuinely strong creative response.
THE CREATIVE DIRECTOR ROLE...
You’ll be joining the team specifically for a major pitch, helping develop the overarching creative direction and turning the brief into a compelling creative concept. This is a fast-moving pitch workplace, so we need someone comfortable coming in, getting across the challenge quickly and working collaboratively with the wider creative team, including a dedicated Copywriter.
CREATIVE DIRECTOR ESSENTIAL SKILLS...
- Strong experience as a Creative Director / Senior Creative
- Agency background
- Demonstrable experience developing creative concepts for major pitches
- Strong conceptual and campaign thinking
- Experience across Entertainment, Sport or consumer-facing brands highly desirable
- Comfortable working to tight deadlines
- Able to collaborate closely with Copywriters and wider creative teams
- Strong portfolio of previous creative and campaign work
- Available for the kick-off call on 27 August 2026
