Experienced Barista – Part time / Casual | Hawthorn
Saint Helen Cafe in Hawthorn is looking for an experienced barista to join our team on a part-time or casual basis.
We’re looking for someone who is confident behind the coffee machine, can work efficiently during busy periods, and consistently makes great coffee.
About the role
- Part-time or casual position
- Weekday and weekend shifts available
- Saturday and Sunday availability is essential
- Morning/daytime café hours
- Ongoing role for the right person
What we’re looking for:
- Previous barista experience
- Strong espresso coffee-making skills
- Excellent milk texturing
- Able to work quickly during busy service
- Friendly and confident with customers
- Reliable and punctual
- Able to work well as part of a small team
Applicants will complete a short coffee skills assessment/trial as part of the recruitment process. Location: Hawthorn, Melbourne
