What you'll be doing

- Working alongside an experienced Property Manager who will support your growth and training on a daily basis
- Communicate with tenants and landlords
- End to End leasing - including open homes, private inspections,



application processing, ingoing inspections
- Conduct routine inspections and prepare detailed reports
- Coordinate and oversee maintenance and repair works for properties
- Maintain comprehensive and accurate records in our property management software
- Provide exceptional customer service and build positive relationships

What we're looking for

- Certificate of Registration or Real Estate License is a must
- Minimum of 1 year experience in a similar property management or leasing role. This role may also suit someone with reception or admin experience in real estate looking to advance their career and skills.
- Experience in Console, IRE and Agentbox preferred, but not necessary
- Solid administrative and organisational skills with a keen eye for detail
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities to liaise with a diverse range of stakeholders
- A positive, customer-focused attitude and the ability to work autonomously
- A current driver's licence and access to a vehicle
- Willingness to work rotating Saturdays
