About the Role:

Our client at Smithfield is looking for an experienced Factory hand worker to be part of their production team.

Duties Include:

- Assisting in the manufacturing of steel doors and frames

- Using hand and power tools
- know basic welding and Grinding

- Learning to operate laser press machinery

- Reading and following measurements and instructions

- General factory and production duties

- Maintaining a safe and clean work environment

- Assisting team members where required

To Be Successful:

- Previous manufacturing experience is essential

- Experience using hand and power tools preferred

- Solid attention to detail and willingness to learn

- Reliable with a strong work ethic

- Able to work in a fast-paced environment

- Physically fit and capable of manual handling

What's On Offer:

- Monday to Friday role

- 7:00am - 3:00pm shifts

- $35 per hour

- Full training provided
