The Opportunity

Kick-start your career in warehousing and supply chain with a hands-on traineeship with our host employer based in Coburg North.

This is your chance to earn while you learn and complete a Certificate III in Supply Chain Operations, working with a skilled team in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.

You’ll gain real industry experience and build practical skills across warehouse operations, inventory, and production support — all while being mentored by experienced professionals.

What you’ll be doing:

- Picking and packing customer orders
- Assisting with NATA laboratory testing processes
- Handling, finishing, and preparing goods for dispatch
- Learning warehouse systems and inventory processes
- Working with equipment and developing forklift skills

Work details:

- Full-time (38 hours per week)
- Day shift: 6:45am – 3:15pm
- Location: Coburg North

Duties May Include

- Working as part of a team in a manufacturing environment
- Using warehouse systems and processes
- Managing stock and inventory
- Picking, packing, and dispatching goods
- Operating forklifts (or working towards a licence)
- Manual handling and load shifting
- Receiving and dispatching deliveries
- Using hand and power tools

About You

We’re looking for someone who is motivated, reliable, and eager to build a career in warehousing.

- Australian Citizen or Permanent Resident
- Completed Year 10
- Strong work ethic and willingness to learn
- Good teamwork and communication skills
- Driver’s Licence (desirable, not essential)
- Forklift licence preferred, but not required at the recruitment stage
- Willing to complete pre-employment checks if required
