The Opportunity
Join a leading Australian financial services business in a senior commercial finance role with a robust focus on revenue performance and commercial decision making.
You will partner with senior stakeholders to analyse performance, identify revenue opportunities and provide insight that drives business outcomes.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead revenue analysis, reporting and forecasting
- Identify revenue trends, drivers, risks and opportunities
- Partner with senior stakeholders on commercial performance
- Provide financial insight to support strategic decisions
- Support budgeting and forecasting
- Present clear commercial insights to senior leadership
- Lead and develop a team of 3 direct reports
About You
- Strong commercial finance or finance business partnering experience
- Insurance experience preferred,
with banking or broader financial services also considered
- Essential ASX listed company experience
- Strong track record across revenue, performance and profitability
- Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills
- Previous team leadership experience
- CA, CPA or relevant accounting qualification highly regarded
