Your Role

Fenty Beauty is looking for a Full-time Assistant Store Manager to be a part of our Myer Sydney team! The Assistant Store Manager is responsible for assisting the Store Manager in the day-to-day management of the counter and team. This includes driving and maximizing performance through ensuring high levels of service and client satisfaction.

Anchored by a deep passion and understanding of skincare and beauty, utmost professionalism and exceptional client service, the Assistant Store Manager has a proven record of driving the team to achieve and exceed targets with a client-first focus, inspiring store leadership and clients alike to believe in the power of Fenty Beauty product.

Key Responsibilities

Business Management

- Lead, coach and motivate the team to deliver a consistent 5-star customer experience.
- Understand the competitive environment and identify opportunities for commercial development.
- Partner with the Store Manager to ensure achievement of counter sales targets on a weekly/monthly basis,



aligned with corporate objectives.

Driving Sales

- Sell Fenty products by meeting clients’ needs and providing a memorable experience through high standards of service to clients throughout their visit.
- Initiate contact with clients and welcome them both on counter and through traffic-stopping.
- Propose and demonstrate personalized product offers on fragrance, make-up and skincare.

Counter Operations

- Ensure visual merchandising is updated, fully stocked and shoppable for clients
- Lead, coach and motivate the team to deliver a consistent 5-star customer experience

Skills and Experience

- Minimum 3 years' experience in the beauty industry is preferred
- Superior selling skills with demonstrated experience in the beauty industry
- A proven ability in excelling individual retail targets through exceptional customer service.
- Flexibility in work hours dependent on peak customer shopping times and key promotional retailer activations.
- Results and business oriented with good attention to detail and accountability.
- A people-person with a desire to create a meaningful shopping experience.
- Ability to report metrics/target KPI’s post store visits while sharing competitive insights.
