Looking for a permanent FIFO role with plenty of variety?
Emyjor Services is looking for an experienced Excavator / Plant Operator to join our Goldfields team on a permanent full time basis, working a 2/1 FIFO roster from Perth.
This is a hands-on, all-round operator role working alongside our plumbing crews across a variety of projects and sites. You'll operate excavators and mobile plant when required, but you won't be stuck in a machine all day.
We're looking for someone who enjoys being part of the crew, getting involved in the job and gaining hands-on experience across a variety of works.

You'll work alongside our plumbing and project crews across the Goldfields, including:
- Operating 1.5T–8T excavators
- Operating skid steer and mini loader (Dingo)
- Driving flatbed and tip tray trucks, including trailers
- Excavation, trenching and general civil works
- Assisting plumbers and project crews with hands-on site works
- Equipment and material handling
- Completing daily pre-starts and equipment checks
- General care of plant and equipment
- Working safely in accordance with Emyjor and client site requirements
This isn't a role where you'll spend every shift sitting in a machine. We're looking for an all-rounder who's happy to operate when needed, get on the tools with the crew and be involved in getting the job done.
WHAT YOU'LL NEED
- HR Driver's Licence
- Excavator ticket and demonstrated operating experience
- Skid Steer ticket
- Construction White Card
- Current Australian Driver's Licence
- Reliable and safety-focused approach to work
- Willingness to work hands-on alongside our plumbing and project crews
- Ability to pass a pre-employment medical and drug & alcohol screen
- Ability to obtain and maintain a National Police Clearance
HIGHLY REGARDED

- High Risk Work Licence – LF and/or WP
- Previous mining or civil experience
- Experience operating multiple types of mobile plant
- Experience towing plant and equipment trailers
