We are seeking a passionate, customer-centric Field Service Technician who loves to travel, meet new people, and explore different regions. You aren't just fixing machines; you are building relationships, ensuring our clients’ operations run flawlessly, and actively looking out for their best business interests.

- Base Salary: $100,000 per annum + superannuation.

Key Responsibilities

- On-Site Service & Support: Travel to client sites to install, commission, service, and repair our specialized automation machinery.
- Customer Advocacy: Act with the customer's best interests at heart, providing honest advice and minimizing their downtime.
- Technical Troubleshooting: Diagnose complex mechanical,



electrical, and automation faults efficiently.
- Lead Generation: Identify opportunities for equipment upgrades or new machinery while on-site, earning bonuses when these leads convert to sales.
- Travel Flexibility: Undertake regional travel to visit clients.

Technical Skills & Experience

- Mechanical trade qualification (e.g., Mechanical Fitter or equivalent trade certificate).
- Robust hands-on capability in equipment servicing and diagnostics.
- Solid working knowledge of pneumatics and hydraulics.
- Base-level electrical knowledge (fault-finding and reading schematics).
- Practical experience working with automation systems or programmable machinery.
