What You’ll Be Doing

- Travel to homes and small businesses across Melbourne Metro and surrounding suburbs
- Diagnose and resolve a wide range of tech issues, including:
- Internet, email, printer, Wi-Fi, and router problems
- PC and Mac troubleshooting
- Mobile devices, smart TVs, and streaming services
- Install and configure:
- Network equipment and Wi-Fi solutions
- Antivirus, backup, and security systems
- Perform virus and malware removal, system clean-ups, and performance optimisation
- Provide clear, friendly advice and easy-to-understand tech support
- Deliver outstanding customer service and maintain accurate job records
- Communicate professionally, including courtesy calls when arriving or delayed

What We’re Looking For





- Proven experience in IT support across Windows, macOS, iOS, Android, Microsoft 365, and Google Workspace
- Strong skills in hardware troubleshooting, software support, and home/small business networking
- Excellent communication skills — able to explain technical solutions in straightforward terms
- Reliable vehicle, own tools, and a laptop or tablet
- Smartphone (iPhone 8 or newer preferred)
- Full Australian working rights
- Police check (or willingness to obtain one)
- Public Liability Insurance (preferred for contractors)
