About the Role

Due to recent growth within the Finance team! We're looking for a commercially minded Finance Business Partner to join our growing Finance team. Reporting to the Finance Business Partner Lead, you'll work closely with operational leaders and commercial teams to provide financial insight, guide decision-making, and support strategic business outcomes across the organisation.

This is a highly visible role where you'll combine strong analytical skills with stakeholder engagement, helping the business understand performance, identify opportunities, and make informed decisions. You'll also play a key role in financial modelling, budgeting, forecasting, reporting, and the continued development of our planning and reporting systems.

Responsibilities

- Partner with business leaders to deliver financial insights and support commercial decision-making.
- Lead budgeting and forecasting processes for assigned business units.




- Develop and deliver monthly management reports, KPI dashboards, board reporting, and ad-hoc analysis.
- Translate financial data into meaningful insights and actionable recommendations.
- Build and maintain financial models, including scenario analysis, 3-way modelling, business cases, valuations, and investment assessments.
- Support major projects, capital investments, acquisitions, and business development opportunities.
- Drive continuous improvement across reporting, analysis, and finance processes, leveraging automation and AI tools where appropriate.
- Play a key role in Phase 2 of our planning tool rollout, assisting with system design, testing, implementation, and stakeholder adoption.

Qualifications

- Tertiary qualifications in Finance, Accounting, Commerce, or a related discipline.
- CA/CPA qualification (or working towards completion).

Required Skills

- Experience in business partnering, management accounting, FP&A;, or commercial finance.
- Strong financial modelling and analytical capability.
- Advanced Excel skills and experience with ERP systems and Power BI.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
- A proactive mindset with a passion for continuous improvement.
