- Process accounts payable and receivable transactions accurately and in a timely manner.
- Assist with preparing financial reports and reconciliations.
- Maintain accurate financial records and ensure compliance with relevant regulations.
- Liaise with internal and external stakeholders regarding financial matters.
- Debtor management and follow-up of outstanding invoices.
- Management of corporate card transactions.
- Assisting with financial compliance, taxation and audit requirements.
- Responding to finance-related queries and supporting business stakeholders.
- Provide general support to the accounting and finance department as required.
- Previous experience in a similar position.
- Strong attention to detail and organisational skills.
- Effective communication and problem-solving abilities.
- Ability to work both autonomously and as a member of a team.
- Proactive and customer-focused approach.
- Demonstrated ability to manage competing priorities and meet deadlines.
