Role Description This part-time Financial Analyst (Entry-Level) role at MAD e-Health is a hybrid position based in Melbourne, VIC, with a combination of on-site work and work from home.

The Financial

Analyst will assist in preparing, reviewing, and interpreting financial statements and reports to support decision-making and resource allocation. Daily tasks include collecting and analyzing financial data, supporting financial planning activities, and contributing to budgeting and forecasting processes. The role also involves monitoring financial performance against targets, preparing basic variance analyses, and helping ensure data accuracy and compliance with internal guidelines. The analyst will collaborate with finance team members and other stakeholders, providing clear, concise summaries of financial insights.

Qualifications

- Strong foundational knowledge in Finance, including understanding of core financial concepts and entry-level financial analysis skills.
- Analytical Skills with the ability to interpret quantitative data, identify trends, and provide clear, data-driven insights.




- Ability to work with Financial Statements, including reading, organizing, and assisting in the preparation of balance sheets, income statements, and cash flow statements.
- Basic experience or training in Financial Planning and Financial Reporting, supporting budgeting, forecasting, and periodic reporting activities.
- Relevant tertiary qualification or ongoing studies in Finance, Accounting, Economics, Business, or a related discipline.
- Proficiency with spreadsheets and financial tools (e.g., Excel or similar), and comfort learning new digital systems.
- Strong attention to detail, organizational skills, and the ability to manage multiple tasks in a hybrid work environment.
- Effective written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to collaborate respectfully in multidisciplinary and multicultural teams.
- Interest in digital health, healthcare innovation, or non-profit and team-oriented ecosystems is an advantage.
