Position Overview

We are looking for someone with a true hospitality mindset. You are a hands-on leader supporting daily operations, leading a team, and supporting our clients with professionalism and attention to details of our food trucks and events. You’ll work closely with our Managing Director and Operations team to ensure each event runs smoothly, every team member feels empowered and every guest leaves delighted.

Main Duties

Oversee daily operations across our food trucks and event sites, ensuring consistent standards of quality, service, and presentation

Coordinate scheduling, bookings, and event logistics from setup to pack-down

Lead, support, and develop team members and crews, fostering a positive and collaborative culture

Manage rosters,



staffing levels, and team performance to meet event and operational needs

Ensure full compliance with food safety, WHS, council permits, and relevant regulations at all times

Oversee vehicle upkeep, servicing, and roadworthiness across the fleet

Build and maintain strong relationships with corporate clients, event organisers, and suppliers

Monitor stock, ordering, and cost control to hit operational and budget targets

Handle escalations and resolve issues calmly and professionally, often on-site and under pressure

Report on performance and operational metrics to management

What We're Looking For A current heavy vehicle driver licence, or a willingness to obtain the appropriate licence as a requirement of the role

Previous experience in a supervisory role within hospitality (minimum 2 years)

Strong leadership presence with a calm and confident approach

Strong understanding of compliance, safety, and team dynamics

Highly organised with strong attention to detail

Professional presentation and a natural ability to build trust A collaborative mindset and genuine care for people

Pay: $80,000.00 – $110,000.00 per year
