Action Workforce is currently seeking experienced High Reach and Counterbalance Forklift Operators to join multiple high-performing warehouse teams in Altona.

Full availability required Monday to Friday:
AM: 6:00AM - 2:00PM
AM: 9:00AM - 5:00PM
PM: 2:00PM - 10:00PM
About the Role:
- Operate High Reach forklifts (Crown joystick control)
- Comfortable with general warehouse duties such as pick packing, manual handling, and stock replenishment
- Move, put away, pick, and manage stock as required
- Maintain accuracy and safety in a high-volume warehouse
- Ongoing Monday to Friday work
To Be Successful, You Will Need:
- A valid LF Forklift Licence
- Proven experience with High Reach and Counterbalance forklifts
- Willingness to perform general warehouse duties, including pick packing, where required
- Physical fitness and ability to handle manual tasks
- Strong attention to detail and a safety-first mindset
- Ability to provide 100 points of ID for onboarding
