This is the dream engineering job.

You ship product all day. You'll handle bugs and tickets too, but most of your time goes to building things users will see tomorrow, and you decide how they turn out. You will receive broad requirements and full autonomy to create the final finished product feature.

You'll work agentically from day one, orchestrating Claude Code, Codex or whatever's best that week across multiple worktrees, and owning what comes out. Within six months you should be leading other engineers.

You will be pushed. We're aiming for a unicorn in 18 months and we need people who want that outcome as much as we do.

You

- Excellent product sense, you notice when something is slightly off and you can't leave it alone
- You've shipped to real users under real time pressure. A product with traction, a hackathon win, something people actually used
- You've built something ambitious with agents - we'll ask to see it
- You already work agentically. Multiple worktrees, curated markdown context, an automated workflow.



Claude Code, Codex, Conductor, Superset, pi, opencode, any of them
- 1+ years full-time engineering - early-stage startup with high velocity is a solid plus
- You are TRULY passionate about your craft as a SWE. It's obvious within five minutes of talking to you
- Design skills - not only functional but also nice to look at

Practical

- 130k - 180k + equity
- All-in schedule, in person. Sydney base, but we also travel. Bali, SF, NY, etc
- Meals, snacks and gym on us, we train together, sauna and cold plunge are part of the routine
- Australian work rights required, based in Australia.
- Stack is React and Convex but doesn't matter much, some experience in TypeScript and Python is enough
