We’re looking for a curious, analytical, and detail-oriented Fresher Data Analyst to help transform raw information into useful insights that support smarter business decisions. This role is ideal for someone starting their analytics career and eager to work with data, discover patterns, build reports, and develop practical analytical skills.

? Key Responsibilities

- Collect, organize, and analyze data from internal and external sources.
- Perform data cleaning, validation, and quality checks.
- Use spreadsheets and analytical tools to identify trends, patterns, and anomalies.
- Prepare recurring reports, dashboards, and data summaries.
- Support ad-hoc analysis for business and operational teams.
- Monitor key performance indicators and highlight important changes.
- Translate analytical findings into clear and easy-to-understand insights.
- Collaborate with teams such as Finance, Marketing, Operations, Product, and Sales.
- Investigate data inconsistencies and help identify possible root causes.
- Maintain documentation for datasets, reports, dashboards, and analytical processes.
- Assist with improving reporting workflows and data collection processes.





? What We’re Looking For

- Educational background in Data Analytics, Statistics, Mathematics, Computer Science, Business, Economics, or a related field is a plus.
- Basic proficiency in Excel, Google Sheets, or SQL.
- Familiarity with Power BI, Tableau, Looker, or similar visualization tools is an advantage.
- Basic understanding of data analysis, statistics, and business metrics.
- Strong numerical reasoning and attention to detail.
- Ability to organize, interpret, and communicate information clearly.
- Strong problem-solving and critical-thinking skills.
- Comfortable learning current analytical tools and technologies.
- Good written and verbal communication skills.
