The Prospect
As General Manager – Operations, based at LifeFlight's Brisbane CBD Head Office, you will lead operational functions including the Communications, Coordination and Control (C3) Centre, resource management and operational readiness for 24/7 aeromedical services.

- Drive excellence across planning, aviation coordination and continuous improvement
- Foster a high-performing, safety-focused culture
- Strengthen operational performance and stakeholder partnerships
Essential Requirements
- Senior leadership experience within aviation, aeromedical or emergency services
- Strong knowledge of CASA regulations and Safety Management Systems
- Proven success delivering contract performance
