Every session at this Eastgardens practice runs 10am to 4pm or 10am to 5pm. Not a late option on request, not one day a week. It is how the clinic is built, and it has run that way while the same doctors have owned it.

1 Day or 5

Friday is the priority day, with Monday and Wednesday also available. A short week works here because 2 long standing GPs have recently finished, so the patients are already on the books and there is no waiting for a list to fill.

Remuneration

- Site Billings $2500 per day
- Mixed billing, leans on 65% bulk / 35% private
- Concession and pension card holders bulk billed
- Split 70/30 in your favour
- Guaranteed $180 per hour for the first 3 months

Clinical Work

- Consistent women's health demand across the book, enough to build a focus if you want one
- Nursing support and a treatment room onsite
- Approximately 6,000 patients across the practice, mixed and multicultural
- Chronic disease, family medicine and general presentations across all ages
- Steady flow from an established community plus current residential development nearby,



so the work does not depend on new patient marketing

Company, Culture and Site 5 GPs own the practice and all 5 consult in it. Decisions about rostering, billing and how the clinic runs are made by doctors who are working the floor that day, not referred to a head office. It is a single site with no rotation, so your patients, your rooms and your team stay the same.

The clinic has operated in Eastgardens since 1990 and has 6 consult rooms, nursing support and a treatment room. The patient base is established and long standing, with recent growth from new residential development in the area. Two long standing GPs have recently finished, so there is an existing book to step into rather than build.
