? The Role

We are seeking a motivated Graduate Developer (Junior / Entry-Level) to join our technology team. You will support software development, testing, debugging, and application improvements while working alongside experienced developers and cross-functional teams.

? Key Responsibilities

- Assist with developing, testing, and maintaining software applications.
- Write clean, readable, and maintainable code.
- Support frontend and backend development activities.
- Debug applications and investigate technical issues.
- Assist with API integrations and database-related tasks.
- Participate in code reviews and technical discussions.
- Create and maintain technical documentation.

✅ Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent qualification in Computer Science, Software Engineering, IT, or a related field is preferred.
- Basic knowledge of programming fundamentals.
- Familiarity with Python, Java, JavaScript, C#, or another programming language.
- Understanding of databases, APIs, Git, and software development concepts is advantageous.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent attention to detail.
- Good communication and teamwork abilities.
- Strong willingness to learn new technologies.
- Ability to manage tasks and meet deadlines.
- Australian work eligibility is required.
