Role Description This part-time remote Graphic Designer / UI Designer role at Liderazgo con Cuidado focuses on creating clear, engaging visual and interface designs for digital products and communication materials. On a day-to-day basis, the designer will translate concepts and requirements into layouts, icons, illustrations, and user interface components that support an accessible, user-centered experience.

Responsibilities include collaborating with cross-functional partners to gather requirements, developing design concepts and prototypes, refining designs based on feedback, and ensuring consistency with brand guidelines. The role also involves preparing assets for development, documenting design specifications, and contributing to the continuous improvement of design systems and standards.

Qualifications

- Strong visual design skills, including Visual Design and Graphics, with the ability to create clear, cohesive, and inclusive visual identities.
- Proficiency in Graphic Design for digital and print materials, including layouts,



typography, and imagery tailored to diverse audiences.
- Experience in User Experience (UX), focusing on user-centered design, information hierarchy, and accessible, intuitive interfaces.
- Skills in User Experience Design (UED), including wireframing, prototyping, and testing to refine interactions and user flows.
- Comfort with common design and prototyping tools (e.g., Figma, Sketch, Adobe Creative Cloud or similar) and basic understanding of responsive web and mobile design.
- Ability to work independently in a remote setting, manage part time hours effectively, and communicate clearly with distributed teams.
- Attention to detail, openness to feedback, and commitment to inclusive, non-discriminatory design practices.
- Relevant education or equivalent practical experience in design, visual communication, or a related field is preferred.
