We are looking for a Growth Partner, part time, to join us from our Bella Vista office three days a week.

This role is for someone who enjoys opening doors, building relationships, creating pipeline, and turning conversations into opportunities.

Someone comfortable picking up the phone.

Someone who follows up.

Someone who sees an opportunity and owns it.

Someone who wants to help grow a business, not simply work through a list of leads.

What you will be doing

- Developing new business across Sydney and Australia
- Building relationships with SME owners and decision-makers
- Prospecting, calling, networking, opening new conversations
- Following opportunities from first contact through to close
- Working alongside our Australian team to grow Fig's presence locally
- Helping shape how we approach new markets, partnerships, and industries

Experience in business development,



trades, professional services, outsourcing, or B2B sales would be valuable. But what matters most is the person.
