Pay: $29.45–$36.81 per hour, depending on employment type and experience The Mooi Collective is looking for an experienced, confident Hairdresser to join our growing collective.We’re looking for someone with a minimum of 3 years’ post-trade experience who is Australian or UK qualified and ready to build their clientele within an established hair and beauty space.
The Role
- 7.5–25 hours per week, increasing as clientele builds
- Flexible working hours, however weekend availability is essential
- Initial 3-month probationary period
- Opportunity to transition into an ongoing permanent position
- Permanent team members have access to our KPI-based bonus incentive program
- Work with De Lorenzo Professional & Retail
- Support to grow and retain your own client base
About You
We’re looking for someone who:
- Has a minimum of 3 years’ qualified trade experience
- Holds a recognised Australian or UK hairdressing qualification
- Is confident working independently with clients
- Has strong consultation and customer service skills
- Takes pride in client retention and rebooking
- Is reliable, professional and team-focused
- Is comfortable recommending professional home-care and retail products
- Is available to work weekends
