- Support workforce planning, organisational change and initiatives that promote a positive, values-based and high-performing culture.

- Ensure people practices are aligned with relevant regulatory, risk and compliance requirements.

About You To be successful in this role, you will bring:

- Eight years’ experience in a broad HR generalist role, with exposure to the full employee lifecycle.
- Relevant tertiary qualifications in Human Resources or a related discipline.
- Demonstrated experience managing key people processes, including engagement, talent and succession, remuneration and workforce planning.
- Experience developing and delivering initiatives that strengthen employee, leadership and organisational capability.
- Strong knowledge of workplace relations, employment legislation and contemporary HR practices.
- The ability to build credibility, develop trusted relationships and influence stakeholders at all levels.
- A proactive and organised approach, with the ability to manage competing priorities and deliver outcomes in a hands-on setting.
- Experience in banking, financial services or another regulated sector will be highly regarded.

Why Apply This is an opportunity to join an organisation with a strong sense of purpose, where your expertise can make a meaningful difference to its people, members and broader community.

- A strong focus on employee wellbeing, recognition and creating a positive workplace experience.
- Opportunities to contribute to community initiatives and a purpose that extends beyond the organisation.
- The opportunity to lead and influence a broad HR and capability portfolio, working closely with senior leaders and helping shape the organisation’s future.
