With major investments underway across ERP, eCommerce, digital platforms and enterprise transformation, the business is establishing a dedicated PMO to support its next phase of growth.

This is a rare opportunity to build a PMO from the ground up while helping shape the future direction of a complex, multi-site organisation.

Your New Role

You will establish and lead the PMO function, providing governance, structure and leadership across a growing portfolio of technology and business transformation initiatives.

Working closely with senior leaders, you will oversee project delivery, portfolio governance, ERP operations and a range of enterprise applications while ensuring projects deliver measurable business outcomes.

Key responsibilities include

- Building and maturing the PMO function.
- Leading project portfolio governance and reporting.
- Managing enterprise ERP and business application environments.
- Overseeing major transformation and systems integration initiatives.
- Driving project prioritisation, risk management and resource planning.
- Leading a multidisciplinary team across project delivery, ERP and applications.
- Managing vendors, commercial performance and benefits realisation.




- Supporting acquisition integration and business growth initiatives.
- Providing leadership within executive steering committees.

Current initiatives include enterprise eCommerce programs, website transformation, ERP optimisation, acquisition integrations, enterprise application consolidation and data governance projects. What You'll Need to Succeed

You will be an experienced PMO, Program or Portfolio Leader with a track record of delivering complex transformation programs in multi-site environments.

You will bring

- Experience building or transforming PMO capability.
- Strong ERP leadership experience.
- Expertise across project governance, portfolio management and delivery.
- Commercially focused leadership with experience managing budgets, vendors and business cases.
- Experience leading cross-functional technology teams.
- Exceptional stakeholder engagement and executive communication skills.
- A hands-on leadership style with the confidence to challenge constructively.

Experience within manufacturing, distribution, logistics, industrial or operationally focused environments will be highly regarded. What You'll Get in Return
