You will be completing Healthy Homes installation and remedial work across Auckland and Waikato/Hamilton regions, supporting our growing workload.
Key responsibilities
- Ceiling and underfloor insulation installation and top-ups
- Ground moisture barrier installation
- Draught stopping
- Ventilation and extractor fan installation support
- Minor remedial and property maintenance work
- Taking transparent before-and-after photos and completing job documentation
- Working with our scheduling and operations team to complete jobs efficiently and on time
About you
- Previous experience in Healthy Homes, insulation, building, property maintenance or a similar hands-on trade role would be ideal
- Available to start immediately or at short notice
- Reliable and able to work independently
- Physically fit and comfortable working in ceiling and underfloor spaces
- Confident using hand and power tools
- Focused on quality workmanship
- Comfortable using a mobile phone/app for job information and photos
- Professional when dealing with tenants, landlords and property managers
- Safety conscious and able to follow company procedures
- Full New Zealand driver's licence
- Ability to travel within your allocated region
- Healthy Homes or insulation experience is highly regarded
- Relevant building, maintenance or trade experience is also welcomed
- Appropriate licences/qualifications must be held for any restricted electrical work
