We maintain a modern fleet of Kenworth prime movers and Vawdrey trailers and require a qualified diesel mechanic to join our team.
To be considered for this role you must have:
- A relevant trade qualification e.g. Cert III in Heavy Commercial Vehicle Mechanical Technology
- High level of technical ability and knowledge
- Be able to diagnose and rectify mechanical problems efficiently and cost effectively
- Be trustworthy,
hard-working and take pride in your work
- Experience in general fleet maintenance
- Current unrestricted driver's license
- MC licence desirable
- Experience with Kenworth and Cummins engines will be highly regarded
- Experience with computer-based diagnostic programs will be highly regarded (training provided for right candidate)
- Excellent communication skills
