We are expanding our team and actively seeking compassionate, reliable, and bilingual Farsi-speaking Home Care Support Workers to join us in supporting our culturally diverse client base across Sydney.

Your Key Responsibilities:

- Assisting clients with personal hygiene, mobility, feeding, and medication prompt/assistance.
- Supporting with household management, including light cleaning, meal preparation, and grocery shopping.
- Providing companionship and culturally sensitive social support.
- Assisting clients with community access, medical appointments, and social outings.
- Communicating effectively in Farsi to bridge language and cultural gaps for clients and their families.





What We Are Looking For:

- Fluency in Farsi (Persian) – Essential for communicating comfortably with designated clients.
- Certificate III in Individual Support / Aged Care / Disability (or equivalent Australian qualification).
- Current First Aid & CPR Certificates.
- Mandatory Vehicle & Driver’s License – Must hold a valid Australian Driver's License and have a reliable vehicle with Comprehensive Insurance.
- COVID-19 Vaccination/Flu – Up to date as required by industry guidelines.
- Compassionate Nature – A solid commitment to supporting elderly clients and individuals with disability with patience and dignity.
- Strong Communication Skills – Proficient in both Farsi and English.
