We are Jizakana, a renowned Japanese restaurant known for our authentic cuisine and warm hospitality. Currently, we are seeking a skilled Hot Food to join our team.

Responsibilities:

- Prepare and cook hot dishes according to menu specifications.
- Ensure food quality and presentation meets our standards.
- Maintain cleanliness and sanitation standards in the kitchen area.
- Collaborate with kitchen team members to ensure smooth operations.
- Assist in inventory management and ordering supplies as needed.

Requirements:

- Proven experience as a Hot Food Cook or similar role in a Japanese or Asian cuisine restaurant.
- Knowledge of Japanese cooking techniques and ingredients is preferred.
- Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.




- Strong attention to detail and a passion for delivering excellent food.
