About the Role

Our Housing Coordinators are at the heart of what we do. You’ll be the primary point of contact for our tenants and deliver frontline tenancy services across a mix of affordable and social housing.

This role is based at our Port Hedland office, where you will:

- Manage a small portfolio of local tenancies
- Work closely with tenants to support sustainable housing outcomes
- Collaborate with internal teams to help people maintain long-term stable housing
- Have access to a fully maintained company vehicle for work use

About You You’ll thrive in this role if you have:





- Minimum 2 years’ experience in tenancy management or a similar role
- Knowledge of the WA Residential Tenancies Act
- Understanding of community housing and social/affordable housing issues
- Experience supporting vulnerable people with complex needs
- A commitment to working respectfully with people from all cultures
- Strong written and verbal communication skills

You’ll need a current WA driver’s licence and will be required to provide a National Police Check. Why You’ll Love Working With Us
