About the Role
As the HR Business Partner, you will collaborate closely with site leaders and operational managers to deliver practical, solutions-focused HR support across a broad range of generalist functions. You will play a key role in aligning people strategies with business objectives while driving a positive workplace culture. Key Responsibilities
- Provide end-to-end employee relations support, including performance management, investigations, disciplinary processes, and dispute resolution
- Interpret Enterprise Agreements and ensure compliance with employment legislation
- Support performance review cycles, talent development, and succession planning
- Maintain accurate HR records and oversee employment documentation and compliance
- Assist with change management initiatives and broader HR projects
- Partner with business leaders to develop and implement workforce planning and people strategies aligned to operational goals
- Coach and influence leaders on best-practice people management, organisational development, and culture initiatives
About You To be successful in this role, you will bring:
- Minimum 2 years’ experience in a Human Resources role
- At least 1 year managing disciplinary and performance processes
- Strong knowledge of Australian employment legislation, Awards, and Enterprise Agreements
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- High attention to detail and strong organisational skills
- Ability to handle confidential information with professionalism
- Sound mediation and stakeholder management skills
- Solid computer literacy and reporting capability
- Current driver’s licence and reliable vehicle
