About the role
This 12 month contract role focusses on transformation. Acting as a HR Business Partner, you will be a critical team member in the People & Culture team, supporting the work that will help evolve and shape how EBOS Group operates and delivers across our complex, growing portfolio business.
Reporting to the Senior People Transformation Lead (HR), this role will provide hands-on generalist support and program partnership, with a focus on crafting practical, well-managed people plans, you'll be involved in transformation work that makes a real difference. You will work closely on organisation design, implementation and supporting the transition to new operating models. In addition, the focus will be on retention and change management strategies, ensuring ways of working and role clarity support an integrated future organisation, where on and offshore teams are working seamlessly together as one team.
Key responsibilities
- Support transformation project delivery and transition planning
- Contribute to organisation design and workforce transition activity
- Partner on offshoring and onshore people-impact work
- Build clear readiness plans and stakeholder engagement approaches
- Provide practical HRBP generalist and project support across the business as priorities shift and new project needs emerge
- Manage people impacts within employment legislative guidelines and EBOS standards
- Champion a culture of innovation, collaboration, and continuous learning across the organisation
- Help leaders work through what change means for their teams and how to bring people with them
- Keep momentum while managing risk, compliance and employee experience
About you
- Solid generalist HR experience together with some exposure to employee relations, organisational change or workforce transition activity within a corporate environment
- Experience supporting organisational change initiatives that have people impacts
- Strong employee relations knowledge and experience managing or supporting sensitive workplace matters
- Sound understanding of employment legislation and HR best practice
- Strong communication and stakeholder engagement skills, including the ability to support leaders through periods of change and uncertainty
- The ability to translate broad business objectives into practical HR actions, plans and communications
- Strong attention to detail, organisation skills and the ability to manage competing priorities
- A collaborative, resilient and adaptable approach, with a willingness to support a range of HR and project-related activities as business needs evolve
- Experience within a small to medium size business with practical hands on experience will be well regarded
