Little Loads is seeking a skilled and professional HR Truck Driver to join our team in High Wycombe. This is a full-time position that plays a crucial role in our operations, ensuring safe, efficient and reliable delivery of goods across Perth. As an HR Truck Driver, you will be responsible for operating vehicles whilst maintaining the highest standards of safety, customer service and vehicle maintenance.
Key responsibilities
Operate heavy rigid vehicles safely and professionally, adhering to all traffic laws and company policies
- Plan and execute efficient delivery routes to meet customer expectations and time-sensitive deadlines
- Perform pre-trip and post-trip vehicle inspections, identifying and reporting mechanical issues promptly
- Maintain accurate logbooks and delivery documentation in compliance with regulatory requirements
- Communicate effectively with dispatch, customers and other team members to ensure smooth operations
- Maintain a professional appearance and provide excellent customer service during deliveries
What we're looking for Valid Heavy Rigid (HR) truck driving licence with a clean driving record
- Minimum 2 years' experience as a professional truck driver in the road transport industry
- Non smoker
- Strong organisational and time management skills to manage multiple deliveries efficiently
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities for interacting with customers and team members
- Physical fitness and the ability to perform manual handling tasks safely
- Reliability and punctuality, with a professional attitude towards work
